Polk County's only dive shop featuring Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI) training material and instruction, with in-depth training programs from Open Water to Advanced and Specialty courses within the PADI curriculum. Those looking for additional training and exploration may be interested in our cave programs with the National Speleological Society Cave Diving Section (NSS-CDS) or gas programs through the International Association of Nitrox and Technical Divers (IANTD).
We are often regarded as Central Florida's SCUBA diving and equipment source; a full-service dive shop. We offer quality brands including ScubaPro, Dive Rite, Akona, DUI, Submerge - Silent Submersion underwater scooters and more! We have an onsite training pool for both instruction and equipment testing. Interested in buying equipment, but unsure about proper fitment and comfort? We allow you to try the equipment in our onsite pool before you buy.

Scuba Etcetera was established in 1974 to fill a void: to bring a high quality Scuba Diving Shop to Central Florida focused on education, safety and fun. Originally opened in Winter Haven, we ultimately settled in Lakeland. Our passion for excellence is what drove us from the beginning and it still drives us now. In fact, it’s what makes us tick.
